Returns

We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Undamaged and in pristine condition

  • Free from scratches, marks, or signs of wear

  • Returned in their original packaging with all included materials

  • Accompanied/Provided by proof of purchase

Once your return is received and carefully inspected, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

Exchanges

(Excludes items that are on Sale/ Clearance). If you would prefer a different piece, we are happy to assist with an exchange for another item of equal or lower value. Exchanges must also be requested within 14 days of delivery and meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene, the following items are final sale:

  • Earrings: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Customized or personalized pieces

  • Items that are on Sale/ Clearance

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
